You consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded by Pop Con LLC. You consent to allow Pop Con LLC to use your likeness for promotional purposes and waives all rights to any claims for payment of royalties in connection with any exhibition, televising, or publication of materials.

Please treat all guests, exhibitors, artists, celebrities, volunteers, staff, and others as you would want to be treated. If you have complaints or problems, we will do everything in our power to assist you. Rudeness and unkindness will not be tolerated and we retain the right to kick out disruptive guests at any time! Pop Con LLC is commited to providing a safe and fun experience for all. Pop Con LLC will not tolerate harassment of any kinds, including but not limited to harassment due to age, disability, marital status, race or color, weight, appearance, national origin, religion, sex, or gender identity. Any threatening behavior with the intent to harass, annoy, alarm, abuse, torment, or embarrass another is unacceptable and grounds for removal from the convention without refund. Local authorities can and will be used and criminal charges may be filed for repeat offenders.
Cosplay is NOT consent.
Staff members of Pop Con LLC will make every attempt to gain direct consent on all photographs of cosplay, and expects all private photographers to attempt to do the same. All photographers, commercial and private, should refrain from taking secret photos or photos of cosplayers in compromised positions and should not take photos with the intent of commercialization without consent of the subject. Cosplayers love to have their photos taken, so just be polite and ask! Photographers may be asked to leave if they make other uncomfortable with their actions.
